Returns and refunds
Personalized signed books are confirmed by email before payment, including inscription wording and postage.
Personalized books
Signed and personally inscribed books are usually not returnable unless the wrong item was sent, the inscription does not match the confirmed wording, or the book arrives damaged.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email fruitbat@yoafrica.com with the order details and clear photographs where relevant. A replacement, refund, or other remedy will be agreed case by case.
Retailer purchases
Books bought through external retailers are covered by that retailer's own returns and refund policy.
Before payment
If the order is not yet paid, it can be changed or cancelled by replying to the confirmation email.
